AURISCALP'IUM (ὠτογλυφίς). An ear-pick (Mart. Ep. xiv. 23.); also a surgeon's probe for the ear. (Scribon. Compos. 230.) The example (Aurscalpium/1.1) represents an original found at Pompeii.
