2. Objectives To enhance the use of ICT in secondary schools To enhance self learning to secondary school students

   Regional Administrative Secretaries (RASs)
   Regional Education Officers (REOs)
   District  Educational Officers (DEOs)
   ICT Officers at Regional and Districts levels
   Ward educational coordinator (WEC)
   Secondary school teachers
   Students


4. The Scope of the project

   Project will be piloted in one secondary school 
   Duration of the project is 16 months

5. Activities  Conduct awareness training to DED, REO, DEOs & WEO on the importance of ICT in education.  Establishment of a new chapter to PMO-RALG web-portal to be used as a platform for accessing teaching and learning materials.  Local Area Network Design  Purchase of ICT facilities  Installation of local area network and internet services  Testing of the installed LAN  Train teachers on how to use computer and internet.

   Train students on how to use computers and internet for educational purposes.

6. Expected or final result

      New chapter in PMO-RALG web-portal for facilitating learning and teaching introduced
      Teaching capability enhanced 
      Students performance improved
