  2. Find a friend or colleague who has had some new software or a piece of hardware installed on their computer and:
     Use the questionnaire to interview a user, to evaluate the new system/technology.

     Give the questionnaire to the user to complete on their own.
  3. Using the responses given in the questionnaire, investigate, recommend and document solutions to issues or problems with the technology, to improve user satisfaction.
