Pieces of youtiao

Youtiao is a long golden-brown deep-fried dough eaten in China, and East and Southeast Asia. Traditionally, youtiao are slightly salted and can be torn lengthwise in two. Youtiao are usually eaten at breakfast with congee and soya milk.
