Exam 98-369: Cloud Fundamentals is a Microsoft Technology Associate (MTA) entry level certification exam.

This MTA exam will be retired on June 30, 2022. Voucher sales for this exam ended on June 30, 2021.

Preparation

This is an introductory computer support course. Learners should already be familiar with introductory computer concepts such as those addressed by IC3 certification. It would be beneficial for you to already be using cloud services such as Microsoft Office 365. The objectives were first published on January 5, 2015 and are subject to change. Although the material below is split in to "Lessons", these are really the topic areas Microsoft will test you on. You are not expected to complete each of these in one go, and don't forget what is presented here is only an outline so you will also have to do your own research and practical work which you are welcome to share here.
