Hi! In my book chapter on Suicidal Terrorism Motivation, I have include the Rational Choice Theory as a way to describe suicide terrorism motivation. It is a theory that was originally created to explain criminal behaviour, and might be useful for your chapter. It is based on the assumption that people commit criminal acts because they believe the benefits outweigh the negatives, which could also be applied to murder motivation. FYI, the convention on Wikiversity is for lower-cased headings. For example, use:

  2. I am doubtful that "no motivation" really exists (except in the case of an accident, which is not murder - murder is intended) as an explanation - all behaviours are motivated (the motivation may be unconscious).
  3. Basic theory is covered; no research is reviewed; some examples are provided.
  4. What are the practical, take-home messages?

  1. Audio is very difficult to hear (too quiet).
  2. Font size should be increased to make text easier to read (and use non-serif font).
  3. Consider using greater intonation to enhance engagement.

  1. Audio was very very quiet - virtually inaudible even on maximum volume at this end.
  2. Rename the title so that it includes the subtitle (and matches the book chapter).
  3. Fill out the description field (e.g., brief description of presentation, link back to the book chapter, license details, and possibly include references and image attributions).
  4. The copyright licenses and sources for the images used is not indicated - there may have been copyright violation unless you own the copyright to the images used or these were public domain images.
