Hey! Ive found a really good article called The effects of sports participation on young adolescents' emotional well-being. I think it would be really interesting if u looked at and compared the between the different ages. The source is a study examining the relationship between children's sports participation and emotional well-being including self-reported emotional and behavioral problems and multidimensional aspects of self-concept. Hey there this is a really interesting topic, just wondering if you were going to be talking about hormones and neurotransmitters which are released during exercise I think there is a pretty well documented link between these and subsequent emotions. I know there has been a few published papers regarding depression and exercise and the buffering effects exercise has on depressed people (may be an alternative to drugs amd pharmacotherapy). A nicely presented piece, which summarises theory particularly well. Nice job!

Structure and content[edit source]

Theory is very well discribed. Research is integrated throughout, however this could be improved. The flow is clear and logical.

Communication[edit source]

Verbal communication is clear and confident. The illustrative example of 'Anna' was a great inclusion. Text is a little small on some slides. A few more slides could have been incorporates to make the presentation even more engaging.

Production quality[edit source]
