Enjoying the beauty of nature can be calming.

Calm arises when the sympathetic nervous system is deactivated and the parasympathetic nervous system is activated.

Select affirmations from this list and repeat them often and in the moment, either silently or out loud, as appropriate. Address each affirmation to yourself.

You breathe deeply.

You exhale deeply.

You are at peace.

You allow the stress to melt away.
