Generosity is the virtue of being liberal in giving. Generosity is giving to another person something of yours as an act of freewill, without obligation.

These affirmations encourage you to become more generous.

The affirmations are derived from the materials in the course on the virtue of generosity.

Select affirmations from this list and repeat them often and in the moment, either silently or out loud, as appropriate. Address each affirmation to yourself.

You are generous.

You choose to give this gift.

You choose to do good.

You give this gift as an act of freewill, without obligation.

You act well and rejoice.

You help when you can.

You give without expectation of reward or anticipation of gratitude.

You are not wasteful.

You are not stingy.
