It is wise to align our worldviews with the real world.

Worldviews are sets of beliefs and assumptions we rely on to describe reality. We explore our worldview to challenge our deeply embedded assumptions.

Each of us holds a set of basic assumptions about how the world works called our worldview. It is wise to examine our worldview and align it with reality.

These affirmations are derived from materials in the course on exploring worldviews.
