WikipediaOS/Development parallel comments

Hypothesis

Actions of communication among contributors in both areas are primarily object-oriented, leading to asynchronous awareness with comments and discussions mainly about development details (whether of Wikipedia articles or pieces of code, and as close as possible to where the work is done) rather than about general issues.
