Objectives[edit | edit source]

Demonstrate effective practice with individuals using at least one of the following techniques

  • Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing
  • Radical Exposure Tapping
  • Schema and Schema Mode Therapy
  • Body Centred Therapy
  • Other as negotiated

(If you have completed one of these workshops before the beginning of the course within the last 5 years you will be eligible for Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) on completion of the related assessment as required)

Assignments[edit | edit source]

  • A theoretical essay or case study relating to your chosen model of study for this module (3000 words)

Topics and activities[edit | edit source]

  • Participation in workshops on these models to at least level 1 (where more than one level is provided) including:
  • Lectures
  • Required reading
  • Role-play skills practice
  • Live supervised practice
