Be firm and steadfast, so that I may give this people what I promiced. Josh 1:6 is the core and whole of the old and the new testaments. It is what the bible is about. There is information on how it all started. "This is the world and it was created." A history of how the covanant began and with whom. The Old Testament is History, Law and Correction. The New is History Teachings and Promice. All of these are set to hold up the simple idea that God wants to reward his people and bring them to know Him.
