Template talk:Iterate

This template works with other recursive templates, and simulates the process of "edit-saving a page N times". For it to work, one needs a template called "Nx" (in contrast to meta:template:iterate, where xN is used; the reason is that here the templates x1,...,x9 are occupied). For example {{subst:iterate|20|{{subst:square root|17|-1}}}} works, because {{20x}} exists; but {{subst:iterate|190|{{subst:square root|1999|-1}}}} works not, because {{190x}} exists not.
