Usage

For substituting on talk pages where a page uses unnecessary capitalisation of headings which is not consistent with the Manual of Style.

Instructions

{{subst:Heading casing}} shows the template below.

{{subst:Heading casing|Target username}} will add "Hi Username" which will link to the target user page and should trigger notification.
