Hello Mrs. Teter,
The challege you have posed is very unique and interesting. I have a couple of suggestions that may clear up a segment under the model of knowledge in content priorities. There is a section that states, Important to Do and Know you wrote, "Now protein can be denatured". Did you mean Know proteins can be denatured or Did you mean How proteins can be denatured? The other suggestion is to add quantaties and maybe a time factor. For example, the pineapples how much to use and for how long to bake the pineapples, since concentration and time tends to be a factor when looking at enzymes. I am actually interested in your answers to the previous questions since I would like to use it in my biology 1408 course.
