Confusion[edit source]

For any on-lookers or fish swimming through the sea (that is WV), wouldn't mineral go into element? Through my research to build up this page, I looked through My Food Diary, and it said "Iron is a mineral that is required for our bodies to function properly. Most of the iron in our body is found in the blood as hemoglobin, which is a protein used to carry oxygen to the body’s tissues". [Again, sorry for the dumb question], would mineral go into Iron element itself? (So I could count Iron as also used in food) ---Atcovi (Talk - Contribs) 01:32, 1 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]
