Hi Ben, I think it goes without saying that this project is for UCNISS students, but I think it benefits your design thinking to write it up as though it was for everyone. You'll have to explain things more clearly, and it will make your course more inviting to people not yet engaged with UC or UCNISS. It also assists the Wikiversity community to consider reuse or collaboration. The contextualisation you would be better on the web page you set up to deliver this course - if you're thinking like I do, that the wiki is the source to the course, and the web page becomes the front end.
