Why was this stub created?[edit source]

Most Wikiversarians who are interested in w:Parliamentary Procedure strongly believe that no justification for beginning a Wikiversity resource on this subject is required. The open question is what this resource should do. That remains an open question.

Guy's ideas[edit source]

  1. Make a thoughtful and intelligent guide to the many articles already on Wikipedia.
Wikipedia is reasonably good at delivering reliable information. But Wikipedia is not well-structured to organize this information due to its avoidance on POV. This avoidance, which can verge on intolerance of POV is also a good thing because it keeps Wikipedia reasonably fair, because organization of ideas and facts is inherently a subjective activity. With it's open and "Wild West" philosophy, Wikiversity can first, present a "biased" summary of Wikipedia articles, and then later tolerate alternative views on this matter.
  2. Make subpages where students can write essays on Robert's rules. See Writing lab for a template.
  3. Study academic senates*
