The Design Challenge looks like a very interesting and fun problem. (I used to work in the water treatment industry, building control systems.) It is crying out for drawings showing the process before and after the introduction of the holding tank, though, just to make the description easier to understand. I made some minor modifications to the text to improve readability (and to practice editing wikis, at which I'm new!) I hope I haven't changed the sense of what you intended. I hope the original author is watching this thread, because I'm volunteering: if you send me scanned sketches of how you want the drawings I could CAD them up and post them in a format suitable for Wikiversity. We could then make the text refer to the drawings and the Design Challenge would be totally compelling.
