Probably we could change that to octave without changing the scripts much. Though I suspect matlab excels in performance over maxima on this issue, and of course would be less then writing a program from scratch. But if your familiar with maxima please change the scripts as you see appropriate. Thenub314 04:32, 9 November 2011 (UTC)
