Article 16 of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic stipulates, "Arabic...must be taught after elementary level, in all classes of secondary school and in all areas of study."[1] Also, 3% of Iranians are Arabs[2].--Thinker 01:41, 13 July 2007 (UTC)
