Suggestion for what 'Needs Improvement'[edit source]

This Introduction to Electrical Engineering has been listed as 'Needs Improvement' at the School of Electrical Engineering home page. I see that the "Education" and "Practicing" sections could probably use further elaboration, but does anyone else notice other glaring omittances or changes that need to be made?
