Merge (Pan-Asian History)[edit source]

I propose that we merge the three Asian History Dep'ts into a single "Department of Asian History". This would correspond to the current Departments of European History, African History, and the pending (pan-)American History Department. This way there will be more interaction among the members of a department, and it will be easier to reach critical mass in regads to cooperation and momentum of paricipation. Knowing Chinese History from my experience, I oppose the merging. I feel like this should be known as a Subdepartment and not merged into the Asian Department. And it may seem "easier", but hey... not everything should be easy.
