I translate the word "name" as "imię" according to Doroszewski, whose dictionary does not exclude second or family names from the word sense. The word „nazwanie” might mean a nickname as well, and language pragmatics happens not to require the phrase “name, first and second“. For example, a parliamentary journal anyway would not bring „Johnny”, „Tom”, „Annie”, or „Eve”, for an open vote. The language use is not synonymous with anonymity.
