Please describe and discuss how voltage, current and resistance relate to each other in Ohms Law and Watts Law when they are combined in Series Circuit Design.

Part 7 is slightly confusing - are you calculating the Voltage drop across the resistors? Or the actual voltage. The question seems to be asking for the actual voltage, but the answer of V1 = ${\frac {1}{3}}$ V_s implies you are asking for the voltage drop.
