Journal Review 9/26

[edit source]
  • Should see entries for media & info ages (9/11), orality (9/18), evaluate article (9/8), possible topics (9/15), small edit on wikipedia (9/8), but there are only two. You need to label your journal entries with the quiz/assignment title. Please update the journal to be consistent with the certifications in your quizzes
  • https://chat.openai.com/share/f09b43e9-5e83-4088-9acb-056ed4ed78e4 asks about impact on schooling -- good possible topic! But you should cite a portion of the conversation (like the last paragraph) in your journal, focusing on what is new to you.
  • https://chat.openai.com/share/f09b43e9-5e83-4088-9acb-056ed4ed78e4 about media & info ages is intriguing, but there is no sense in your journal that you found anything interesting in the conversation. In https://chat.openai.com/share/ae13e6a8-7556-4248-bde3-ab8fd62d7a1d I extended your discussion (search for Artificial Intelligence (AI) Age) and you might find it intriguing, as we discussed how AI "has the potential to impact human cognition in several ways, similar to how the introduction of the alphabet and writing transformed human thinking patterns during the Manuscript Age." Those are the kinds of insights I'm hoping you can get from ChatGPT

  • Your links to chatGPT no longer work? Could you make sure they work, or replace them with ones that do?
  • See first note on 9/26 journal
