How is it justified to be as DS tools, when the usage and popularity is low.
[edit source]|proprietary tools, such as IBM SPSS, Azure Machine Learning Studio, SAS, as well as many others.
The SPSS, SAS is a statistical tool, Azure ml studio is far less popular with jupyter notebook like online IDE among DS contributors over AWS sagemaker and google colab.
