This entry doesn't really define what is meant by "common field of work". It list a number of characteristics of the phenomenon, but doesn't explain what it is. Notice that "common field of work" can't be defined/explained without reference to the concept of "cooperative work arrangement". See e.g. Schmidt, K. (1994).
