The section on harmony is a bit over generalized and likely reflects my own interpretations of aikido. I recognize that there are other styles that may have different views on aikido harmony and welcome input here. For the record, I started Aikido in the USAF, migrated to AAA, and have had strong exposure to Ki Society along the way.
