This is this unit's first, and in many ways, only look at bivariate relations (the relations between two variables).The previous lecture (Descriptives and Graphing) examined the distributional properties of a single variable (univariate). The next lecture will look at analysing the correlational properties of many variables simultaneously (exploratory factor analysis).
