Yoga is considered to be the one of the Ancient contributions to the world.

It has postulates written by the sage  called Maharshi Patanjali in the 4th century BCE.

If yoga is considered to be a tree of 8 branches then  Yogasanas is considered to be one of its branch.

Etymologically in Sanskrit aasana means the posture.

In Indian Vedic and yogic tradition, Yogi Shiva Mahadev is considered to be the father of yoga.

There are a lot number of yogasanas developed  for the physical, mental and spiritual health of a being.

Every asana has its own result in performing.

The following are some of the acid which helps an individual for strengthening the abdomem.

They are

dhanurasana

ustrasana

sarvangasana

virabhadrasana

bhujangasana
