The first thing he teach is YOU ARE NOT YOUR MIND .
He further explains that your Mind is just the protector of information , its not the information .
Controlling our mind is far more important than controlling outer world .
YOUR OUTER WORLD = YOUR INNER WORLD .
Our first and foremost job is to work on ourselves then automatically everything outside would be awesome and exciting .
What is it ?

Whenever you try to something new ... what happens ?
You start feeling anxious, getting worried , if one GOAL misses your mind says enough you tried this earlier as well, it is not for you .
And this happens for every small thing , NOW you would be thinking what am I talking about , I AM TALKING WHAT THE THING YOU ARE THINKING NOW .
Often we fail because off our overprotective mind says aloud and we accept it every time.
WHAT TO DO THEN ?

DON'T BELIEVE A THOUGHT YOU THINK ....
You read it right don't believe the thoughts which makes you uncomfortable , its because every time it happens your MIND tries to be overprotective .
Being overprotective kills your creativity and it makes you lazy & you skip things , procastinate tasks and you always feel worried ,
