Extensive thanks were extended to all the delegates for their uninhibited participation in the workshop, The Win Win Group and their dynamic facilitators, the various support staff and “behind the scenes” personnel and to Thiru Naidoo-Twettenham for her unfailing enthusiasm in ensuring that the event was a success.

Bob Hawkins closed the workshop in stating:
