Service Dog/Service dog access

From Wikiversity

Managers of venues such as restaurants and stores may not exclude service animals and their handlers. They are not permitted to demand that the handler state a diagnosis or specific disability. They may ask “what service does this animal perform”. It is not lawful however to require a statement of a specific diagnosis, which is under Federal law considered to be a violation of privacy rights. There is no requirement or provision that the dog demonstrate any such task or work, produce training records or certifications
