The arts represent an outlet of expression. They are usually influenced by tradition and culture and it turns to help to change culture. As such, the arts are a physical manifestation of the internal creative impulse. Major constituents of the arts include literature, poetry, novels, short stories, and epics; performing arts such as music, dance, and theatre; culinary arts such as baking, chocolatiering, and winemaking; media arts like photography and cinematography; and visual arts, including drawing, painting, ceramics, and sculpting. Some art forms combine a visual element with performance (e.g. film) and the written word (e.g. comics).[1]
We can also say that art is present in everything we do. Even a homeowner decorating a house or a chef plating food on a plate and garnishing can be considered artists. We can see that art is everywhere and all times. Writing, reading, sleeping, even eating apply. Everything comes under art.Concert photography involves taking photographs of (noisy) events such as rock concerts or political rallies, in which the sound of cameras shooting is not a problem.
Other events such as classical music concerts, dance shows or theatre, are similar in terms of lighting and composition, but the noise of the camera will not be tolerated there. Cameras are loud, and can hurt. Be careful to not stub your toe when holding a camera. (more...)
