Planning and Budget

Planning plays vital role in every day life of individuals and groups of individuals for achieving certain objectives which are important for collective benefits of modern societies. There are some pre-requisites for planning an activity. Firstly the activity needs to be defined and understood. Secondly the requirements for planning the activity should be elaborately explained. Thirdly and most importantly the expenditures likly to incur should be calculated in monetary units so that the planning and commissioning of the activity are well budgeted. Budget preparations include minute details of everything involved in the planning and commissioning of the activity and their consequential effects on the environment. The activity can be a small scale or large scale activity. The size and complexity of the activity will certainly determine the size/value of budget.
