Brief description of the proposal
[edit | edit source]- A survey determine the workplace mental health and the safety climate, by the use of standard questionnaires and interview
- Person, age, gender, nationality etc and types of harbor, cargo/ship types, areas in the harbour, job-position, working hours, contracts
- Interview with dock workers on the risks and how to prevent the risks
- International literature review on dock workers occupational health and safety internationally

- Proposals of how to prevent the workplace risks and improve the working conditions
Project objectives

- To assist the workers for better work environment

- Comparison among contries by the use of the identical questionnaires in different languages
