- One of the fastest growing fields in the labor market
- Business/marketing/job oriented
- Typically involves working with companies to create some type of product (i.e. working on developing a measure or survey that evaluates potential hirees)
- PhD is not needed for jobs in this field, so having a MA or MS will suffice
- Having prior research and internship opportunities can be very beneficial
