Motivation and emotion/Changes/2016

For 2016, the following changes were made, in part, because of 2015 student feedback, and in an effort to further improve student experiences:

1. Lectures
   1. Updated lecture notes will be made available at least 3 days before each lecture.
   2. The amount of text on text-heavy slides will be reduced.
2. Assessment
   1. It has been made more clear in the Unit Outline that all assessment submission is to be via Moodle.
   2. The due dates for the assessment items have been moved apart by an extra week.
   3. The Book Chapter and Multimedia marking criteria and marking rubrics have been revised, simplified, and better aligned.
   4. Wikiversity has implemented the VisualEditor which means that it is no longer necessary to learn how to use wiki markup for the Book Chapter assessment exercise.
   5. All Quizzes are available from the beginning of semester (rather than released progressively).
