[edit | edit source]...while managing any project,the necessary skill need to be utilized constructively. during the project initiation and execution stages the project manager is responsible in the smooth functioning of the project.
Thus by planing the necessary initiatives, like demand,requirement,HR,Raw material- procurement, conversion and dispatch (in the case of manufacturing unit)and service reports, followup customer care(in the case of service organization).
Every project which has been initiated has different milestones to be reviewed periodically.
To execute the project successfully, it is the responsibility of the project manager to look in to (check) the various faces of the project for flaws in it for correction.
