[edit | edit source]To those who know, what would be the technical limitations of such a setup? How much time out of the year does the far side of the moon face the sun? Other limitations making this idea impractical?

[edit | edit source]There is no dark side of the moon... There is a side that never points towards earth, but all of the moon receives pretty much the same light, just like on earth.
