Adjectives[edit | edit source]

The Klingon language has no adjectives. Instead, many intransitive verbs can be used as adjectives, in which case they follow the noun they modify. (wep coat, and yIQ be wet)


wep yIQ the wet coat


yIQ wep. The coat is wet


Adverbs[edit | edit source]

Adverbs Are Always placed at the beginning of the sentence (Timing adv. are before other verbs.
