Instructional design/User testing of e-learning courses/Analyzing the Results
Back to Topic: Instructional Design > User Testing of E-Learning Courses
Overview
[edit | edit source]In this lesson, you'll take a look at the kind of qualitative and quantitative results you can expect from a user test. Procedures for organizing the results are suggested, as well as some guidelines for analyzing the data once it has been compiled. Finally, some principles for both determining the severity of and assigning an action to each item will be presented.
Please note: The statistical analyses typically performed on quantitative data is complex and an entire course could be created around the subject. Thus, this lesson will focus primarily on how to analyze the quantitiative data from a user test.
