[edit | edit source]As a subject matter experts, when you create a lesson, you hope that the instructional event will be relevant, practical, engaging, supportive, and a socially interactive learning experience for adult learners. By remembering and utilizing the techniques provided in this session you’ll be closer to providing this experience for your learner each and every time.
When creating instructional events, remember to allow the following facts and characteristics regarding adult learners to guide your decisions:
