MULOMED'ICUS (κτηνίατρος). Strictly a veterinary who confines his practice to the diseases of mules, as contradistinguished from equarius medicus, a horse doctor; but the word also bears a more extensive signification for a cattle doctor generally. Veget. Mulomed. Praef. i. and iv.
