Looking Back

[edit | edit source]

While we met several speed bumps along the way (people dropping out of the course, starting late, scheduling conflicts, etc.) we managed to carry enough momentum to keep the class running, and ultimately it was an interesting learning experience for everyone. One of the biggest problems we encountered was scheduling sessions that everyone could attend; another issue was finding appropriate items to take apart. We dealt with the first issue by constantly rescheduling until it worked (not, perhaps, the most efficient strategy) and the second by supplementing our curriculum with small construction projects.
