	Elementary modules can together constitute higher level modules
	All modules own a stochastic mechanisms thatapplies a stochastic process
	The stochastic process owns a characteristic function, which is the superposition of the characteristic functions of its component elementary modules
	The characteristic function of the module acts as a displacement generator
	Therefore, at first approximation, the module moves as a single unit
	Thus the characteristic function binds the components of the module
	The spectral binding cooperates with gravitation in keeping the components together
