	All massive modules in universe are considered to be observers and all modules can act in an observed event
	Observers travel with the scanning subspace
	Observers can only receive information that arrives from their past
	This information is transferred to them from the storage location of the observed event to the current location of the observer via vibrations and deformations of the continuum that embeds both the observer and the observed event
