Terminal Objective: Complete a basic incident report, given the report forms, guidelines, and information, so that all pertinent information is recorded, the information is accurate, and the report is complete.

Enabelers: Understand the requirments for basic incident reports.

Demonstrate the abitlity to determine necessary codes, proof reports, and operate fire dept. computers and other necessary equipment to complete reports.

Terminal objective: Show the need for team assistance, given fire dept. comunications equipment, standard operating procedures,and a team, so that the supervisor is consistently informed of team needs, departmental SOP's are followed, and the assisgnment is accomplished safely.

Enabelers: Understand SOP's for alarm assignments and fire dept. radio communication procedures.

Demonstrate the ability to operate fire dept. communications equipment.
